Thanks guys. I feel much better now, but I sound horrible. I'm getting more sympathy now that I don't need it; where was all this when I wanted to stay in bed all day?

BSP: +1 - did my max test for push-ups got to 73 before my arms gave out. I feel like I can do more but my chest muscles cramp and my arms shake lol. Ended up resting for a few min then pumping out another 6 sets of 20.

Qeth - did you dial 999? lol that was jokes. Glad your feeling a bit better!

Deadlifts and a 21 minute metcon. First real workout after getting sick, it was a lot tougher than normal. Deadlifts were brutal.

490 light = 2.45 BSP
20 heavy = 0.4 BSP

2.85 BSP for the day.

+2=57.64. Gonna do more pushups tonight, feel like I'm always sore these days lol. I hope to test out rollerblading again this week. Been avoiding it because of my hip but other cardio is getting really boring. Especially swimming. Not sure how I'm gonna track the rollerblading but I can invent something maybe. I have been taking calcium supplements just in case this hip pain is a stress fracture, but I really don't have a clue. Wheee!

Brrrr. It's so cold outside! Missing summer so much right now.

Man, I wish we were having something resembling winter here. Rode my bike today in shorts. It was 60°F here in the Granite State. Went ice skating outdoors tonight, they had to close the rink until after the sun went down ~4:00. I was skating around in a long sleeve t-shirt and STILL sweating.

From the MYB thread, 124.5 points. Supposed to do my post week 4 max test....but I just had to take some immodium and I am thinking I will wait until tomorrow; hopefully my intestinal tract will have stopped punishing me by then. Sorry for the TMI.....:o

don't feel like a spartan this morning :( was up last night with my daughter from 2am-2:45, then up with my youngest from 4am-5:45. Went back to sleep and just got up. Nose is starting to feel stuffy and I'm blowing yellow crap out of it. Going to double up my vitamins and hope work doesn't kick my ass too hard today so I can come home and get a workout in.
