Didn't get a traditional workout today. Wouldn't really know how to score running around the house getting chased by my wife and kids, then all wrestling and doing bodyweight movements and exercises for an hour and a bit lol. All I know is I'm dead tired. I was doing curls and presses holding one child on each arm (the older two are 35 and 45lbs lol). My wife also showed me a chest pressing exercise that her dad used to do to them when they were kids.... you lie on your back with your legs up making an 'L' shape, you put your hands up like you would for a bench press. Then somebody stands on your hands while stabilizing themselves by holding onto your legs. You then proceed to press them up wile using your core to stabilize your legs as they hold on. Doing it with the kids was too easy... So I told the wife to step up for a few

. Now uh, I'm a fan of real women, skinny just don't do it for me... I like something I can wrestle with and not fear of breaking... so it was like doing some very heavy reps (she'd kill me if she read this - also disclaimer, she does weigh a bit more then I do now- haha as i dig my hole deeper....) Even if it wasn't a pushup day.... I got a chest workout in lol.
