That sucks Moose. I am getting close to the end of mine. Will have to find some gainful employment soon, which probably means I'll have to either move or get a traveling job.

Now that the burden of proof is on me, and I already have a judgement against me, I'd have to put my lawyer into it, to go much further, and he will cost me. Until now, he's been "consulting" over the phone, not getting directly involved. If I put him in it, I gotta start paying him and lawyers are like hookers, good ones ain't cheap.

I'm still trying to figure out which way to go next, I got a little scratch to cover my ass for a brief time, but I gotta make something happen.

depending on your lawyer, if he thinks he can win, you might suggest to him that he can keep a higher percentage of damages, you want your "back pay" with interest and SOME damages, but mostly, sticking to the old company is the point. take them for a ride.

best night job i ever had: pizza/food delivery. got hourly, got per delivery perk, got BIG TIPS, used the company car, but paid my own gas. mostly paid in cash ;) boss gave local cops free food, they MOSTLY left us alone, except one guy, but the other cops told us where he was most nights.
 
I reground the clip onto my 14. Not as big of a fail as last time.

Not much just the 1/8 of an inch I was talking about yesterday. Its sitting in citristrip right now after thats done I think im gonna clean it up a little and fit some micarta on it. Ill post some pics when Im done

At my wife's work there was a guy who kept eating everyone's lunch. Took them a while to figure out who was doing it. A bunch of them got together and put some tainted food in there with some chemical to give you horrible diarrhea. Then to top it off...they chained the bathroom doors closed..... He massively shit him self running around trying to find an open bathroom. NO ONE dares touch anyone elses food now.
