Benchmade 761 is in stock!

I was waiting til payday to order the 710-1401 when I first saw the 761. So glade too. I really love the 761 blade shape. I'm a total sucker for Ti too. :pride:

Please make a version of the 761 with a just under 3" blade by scaling everything down!

Nice knife for sure, no doubt in my mind that they will make a smaller version of this. I will get it when it comes out! Stuck on my full size Ritter Grip at the moment....rotating with the BM 530, this knife and or a smaller version could displace my favorites for sure.

What is this? Could you describe it in the picture you referenced? I m concerned that as the lock bar wears, the lockup might develop vertical blade play with the lip on the lock bar preventing the bar from moving over on the blade surface.
 
Look for the photo with the top of the knife. Just behind the tang of the blade you can see a hex nut. This allows the lock to be adjusted as it wears by backing off a small set screw and turning the nut. I have that on my Nitrous models and it's a great little trick.
 
Amazing looking knife , i love Titanium handles and clip with a sandblasted and oiled finish , once again Benchmade made a beautiful knife.
 
This one is killing me, tip down only.
I'll never carry it, but I'm still thinking of getting it because it looks so good!

OMG!!! Read this as it started then went into my local gun shop and what just came in? YES, 761!!!!! Oh is it sweet to!!!! They hadn't had it but a few hours so no price yet but I sent them a text on what 3 other places had them for so maybe when I get out of a meeting tomorrow I may go fondle it again!! It's 22 out of 1000 first run!!! Almost pulled the trigger on a knife works 710 or Contego today but now I have some thinking to do!!!!???????

I love reading post like this about this knife ..........Iam waiting on one myself and hoping that its worth the price.
Sounds like it is .....reading your thoughts make me that more antzie to get mine.
From reading others thoughts on this and other forums , it sounds like a winner to me. Cant wait.
 
I wasn't going to get another blade this year I told myself!!! Need to form blade lusters anonymous I guess!!!! It looks so good but easy to pass lookin at a pic ,,, but then you get that 761 in your hand and =-0 ,,8-0 !!!!! "OH YES!!!" I'm sick and I know it now!!!!! :-( ----- However-------:-)
 
Those are very nice looking! Not fancy, but well done with great materials. A little on the large side, but I might end up with one anyways.....
