Besides CPK knives, whaddaya like?

Final product looks like this (posted before):

Pasta, Gruyere, Ham, Garlic, Heavy Whip Cream.

Pre-cook Pasta, mix with Ham cubes, and do two layers of Pasta/Ham with a Gruyere cover on each. Add garlic & cream, bake at 350 for maybe half hour, until some pasta is brown.

I like Pene, Macoroni or similar as they retain the cream/cheese sauce better :)

Finally made this a few days ago, pound of fusilli, 10-12 ounces smoked ham, 10-ish ounces of Gruyere and WAY TOO MUCH cream... but it was awesome and everyone loved it. I just finished the last of it for lunch.

I used probably 2 1/2 cups of cream because I had a half gallon from another recipe at Christmas, it was wet but still amazing, we just served it with a slotted spoon.

Well, Nathan has yet to make an 18” chopper, in Ztuff no less. And, he wouldn’t like the fuller.

Love my beast, SpyderPhreak SpyderPhreak - didn’t get the K18 because I was sure I’d injure myself. The beast on the other hand feels comfortable and safe - different animals I guess.

I know you said you were being snarky but probably worth pointing out the Fellbeast is much more of a Bolo style than anything I can think of from CPK, blade width in front of the choil is 1-9/16 and it widens to 2-3/8 at the belly near the tip. It's also only .131 thick at the spine just in front of the scales.

Yeah, I was a little worried about swinging that crazy K18 around too haha. One of the reasons I wasn't really trying to get in on the order. The Fell Beast doesn't feel like it's going to injure me in the process of using it haha.

The vintage micarta looks amazing on these steak knife handles. Can't believe I was second guessing using it.
