Besides CPK knives, whaddaya like?

Meton Boss Titanium frag pattern with Alien textured pattern w/clip same style (minus frag). Natural Ti screws, Natural Ti. Backspacer. Also polished the washers real well and crazy smooth.

It’s pretty darned busy looking overall especially with the clip, I’m hoping that big shiny flashy blinging blade takes a bit away from the body lol.

Haven't held it in my hands obviously, but from what I see, and others of his, his work is very, very good. This one is 3V.

I'm not sure why I haven't heard of his name more...I only stumbled across a picture of his knives randomly. For the fit and finish, this maker deserves some air time for sure.

It's gorgeous, flawless. Better than any of the pictures I saw. Carothers spoiled me on great knife QC and this one is right there too. Fit and finish is perfect. It feels awesome in the hand, and the top guard surprised me with how useful it is for different hand positions, both for locking in your hand and giving you a reference.

I started the convo with him back on Oct 17, and less than 2mo later here it is. I can't stop looking at it. He even sent me micarta handle material, which was a bonus I didn't even ask for.

I think I'm going with some stabilized Box Elder handles, which will look amazing w/ this knife. While it is totally 'show piece' level, it will get used. I don't think this is going to be my last knife from Nic. Exceeded ALL my expectations.

Can you expand briefly on this recipe? I'm visualizing some pretty good possibilities..

Pasta, Gruyere, Ham, Garlic, Heavy Whip Cream.

Pre-cook Pasta, mix with Ham cubes, and do two layers of Pasta/Ham with a Gruyere cover on each. Add garlic & cream, bake at 350 for maybe half hour, until some pasta is brown.

I like Pene, Macoroni or similar as they retain the cream/cheese sauce better :)

Having an absolute blast right now wrapping up American-made Endless Summer Knives Chef knives for the kiddos, nephew, and niece. Only those who have a significant other and/or children get one….that’s how I roll. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My other kids and niece will get appropriate gifts. Y’all do realize that young single men and teenage girls don’t need chef knives, right ? 🤣🤣🤣

I bought 4 of these bad boys and hope the family likes and uses them. Merry Christmas to all y’all knife nuts !

Bill, they’re great looking knives, for sure. I haven’t owned enough to have true perspective but the blade width vs handle width seems odd to me. How do they feel in hand and perform ?

Granted Busse and Infi have solid reputation for a reason. I just don’t know enough to really be a fan. All respect brother.

The ASH 1’s in .32 are tanks , I prefer the thinner ones. In hand for me , this model has a really nice feel to it. As for use for a knife with this blade length. I feel it performs very well all around.
