Biggest thing is that the grip definitely supports a 'hand shake grip' more than a 'hammer grip'. Ice pick grip is also a bit awkward. I'm just not used to it.And way cool. I've been looking those over, I'll keep an eye out for your thoughts on it.
Not so much but it's still awkward.I went back and took another look. I think I see what you mean in the distinction of hand-shake vs hammerIs it awkward in the ice pick grip if you orient the handle so that your small finger is in the index finger groove?
A couple I have wanted for awhile: Josiah Gravelle's F6 in 3V and Big Chris's Voyager. Anyone got one of those? Thoughts?
91Bravo, how do you like the production Camp knife? I've almost pulled the trigger on it a few times now.
It's an excellent knife! The 3v gets stupid sharp, handle ergos are neutral and very comfortable to hold. Great big chunk of 3v in a tall saber ground blade, makes it an awesome camp knife! I guess that's why they called it that! lol

CPK and FBF made goodness. If it was a custom it would be CPK meets Andy Roy's beautiful handles.
If Nathan shipped those blanks in D3V and Andy was doing custom handles, OMG. I'd have way more FBF than I do now.
If only my aunt had a mustache, she'd also be my uncle. Alas, she's only got a full on beard Amish style![]()
Yeah but, what is actually stopping those blanks from being D3V?
