In the fall of 1969, I was a college freshman taking German 101, my first of 4 semesters of German. I remember the first "dialogue" in our textbook involved a kid named Hans and his Aunt Inge. Hans complained about the heat, but his aunt said the sun shone beautifully, and they should have some ice cream. Hans got excited and requested some kind of nut ice cream, because it tastes the best. I still remember that German phrase: Es schmeckt am besten! That's my description of this German import:

So I'll be working at Big Niles Dalmeny NSW ...just finished the RSA ( responsible serving of alcohol) cert....Lent a hand yesterday canning the Rowdys Red, fresh brewed out of the tank....Now in the more convenient..and larger.. 440ml can😀

I know a lot of people are thinking putting me behind the bar at a craft brewery is like putting a Dingo in charge of a Maternity Ward....but that libellious scundal *and flaffamation*. Also worth mentioning..if you can provide proof of Porchenberg Citizenhood...your first beer is on me...Mitch13 and Hatchet Jack my dingo senses are tingling for you if you travel this way..Cheers All.

~ just had a big birthday and been spoilt by these three malts from friends.........as well as champagne and wine, anyone would think I'm an alchi ☺️

Cannot wait to try the other two, steady as she goes...
