beware of Igor aka benyaM95 Ranger Knif

This all reminds me of watching a western in which the lynch mob hangs the wrong guy. Some of you are so desperate to find something, anything to the point that you posted an innocent persons personal info, and put a cloud over their names. Some here stated that nimerveno was treated unfairly because he is a newbie, well....what the heck did you guys just do to Igor01 a bit of cyber profiling?? This is all very unfortunate, and with a little forethought totally avoidable.

The best we can do is put it behind us and press on. :eek:

My best guess is either 1) The mods are waiting to see if the package that Benya sent to Heiheit shows up before a decision to ban or not is made.

OR

2) The mods are having way too much fun teasing us to make a decision anytime soon. :D ;)

Last email I got from him:
Esav suggested that I email you directly

Refund was offered to Heiheit on multiple occasions in the thread and in emails - he refuses to return the knife. He wants both (money + knife) - not either.
My offer to him stands, he knows that, all he has to do to get his money - is return the knife.

On other matter Item (DMT) was sent back to Nirvanero. I provided him with PO receipt. If parcel got lost - I'll definitely file a claim and refund his money -
such request has not been made to me yet. My first parcel to Nirvanero also took a bit of time, but he received it. Considering it's a holiday season - it's understandable that PO is a bit overflowed.

Wait, what? He sent the aligner to Nirvanero? He was supposed to send it to me.

He also said I wanted the knife and money, so he must be confusing us two.

He did mean Law Enforcement/Postal Investigators.
While BFC does what is can to mediate problems, The best that can be done is banning. Anyone entering transactions here does so at their own risk and it is their responsibility to contact Law Enforcement, Postal Inspectors, Paypal or Bank to file a claim to get their money/items returned. At that point it is a matter between the two parties and the authorities.

Banning will usually not occur until it is absolutely certain that that the person is not going to make things right, as that would be counter productive to the situation.

The problem with banning while there is a dispute going on is that the banning might cut-off any form of communication between the involved parties, since the banned person cannot respond at, or via, BladeForums.
 
I'm on holidays so I'm not reading this thread since a couple of weeks. I don't know what's going on between some of you but I think nothing's changed since my last visit. I'm not in the mood of reading every post but I've seen bigmark wrote Lorenzo about me. This is funny as I bought a Benchmade 42 from him and from the very beggining he thought it was a weird thing to send it to Knifeworks... but it all went ok so I don't know what this guy is complaining about. He got upset when I told him to verify if the knife was NIB so I really don't care. When I told him about my bad deal with Igor he said "he was trouble years ago", then he wrote me again to say he had no trouble with Igor... and started posting in this forum. It doesn't surprise me why he didn't answer me when I wrote him asking why I rated OK our deal and he didn't do the same. That rates don't mean that much anyway.

I really don't care about this funny things... I also read that Igor was sending the alligner to me but I think it's a missunderstanding or maybe someone it's trying to confuse some people. One last thing: Igor sent me the knife on friday and arrived on monday, so I don't know if someone said it was delayed a bit but it wasn't. The papers of the packet got lost and when I told Igor about it he didn't even answer my mail. Guess why. By the way, that alligner should have arrived some weeks ago if Igor wasn't the "guy" sending it of course.

Igor is a cheater to say the least, a couple of guys posting here just because they have deals with him and try to make a mess of this thread and mods don't want to get involved... that's why I don't visit this place so often. By the way, everything is perfect clear for most people since many weeks ago and know about the true Igor Synayuk. That's OK for me. Thank you all the people who helped me and the rest can go on playing, it's Christmas anyway.

Nirvanero, that S90V military you got from Benya is pretty famous now, I bet you could sell it & double your $ :D Ill put $50 towards it to make it an official bladeforum pass around knife :p

ETA: Oh, and Nirvaneo, I wouldn't worry about Bigmark anymore. His presence is no longer welcome at Bladeforums.
 
I let Igor know on January 7th the aligner still hasn't arrived and he refunded the $50 I sent him.

Happy to read that helheit... :thumbup: Somehow I knew you were not seeing that alligner anymore.

I was on holidays and didn't read this thread since a long time, I tried to forget about this and enjoy my new, rust free and factory sharpened knives. I see nothing has changed except something (?) happened with Mr Guevara as Mr Lee says and my Millie got the iconic status. At least karma was fair and I got my pre-ordered Para2 S90V... :D

I hope Santa had good presents for you!

Second market sprint runs are that expensive, above all when is the last one you can find anywhere. It also depends on what kind of shipping you choose as even the same carrier from USA is cheaper... by the way Igor kindly made it $10 more expensive. At least it was canadian dollars... :)

On the other hand, Para2 S90V cost me about $200 including shipping... :thumbup:
