First of all, I didn't say anything about our deal other than this sounds exactly like a problem I had with you and then I gave the link to the thread on Microholics where everyone could go an read it for themselves. But since you brought it up, why don't you tell the truth? In the thread on Microholics, you said this about the $50:

So you offered me the $50 before we even had a deal-how come now you want to say you offered the $50 because you wanted to make it up to me because your payment is late? Because this is just more of your typical BS James.

yetwerp got his knife returned UNFINISHED..not trashed as he
says..but unfinished..for exactly the same thing.. it was ok
by him for me to take as long as i needed to do the work untill
he got a "DEAL GOIN ONit and wanted to sell it to make a buck..
he started emailing me and badgering me about it constantly,
when i went off on forth of july holiday and couldnt answer his
multiple rants.. he just ASSUMED that i was ignoring him AND CAME HERE AND MADE HIS WORTHLESS TRASHY POST ABOUT ME.. he started all this becuase i was on vacation and couldnt answer him..HES A HOTHEAD
AND BECAUSE HE INSULTED ME WRONGLY..HE GOT HIS KNIFE BACK UNFINISHED,
NOT TRASHED..SO IT WAS HIS FAULT IT GOT RETURNED IN THAT STATE AND
YOU GUYS BUY HIM ANOTHER KNIFE FOR THAT BECAUSE HE CAUSED HIMSELF
THIS GRIEF, HE LET YOU BUY HIM ANOTHER KNIFE KNOWING THAT

YOU FAIL TO REALIZE THAT I HAVE ABOUT 50 OTHER JOBS GOING ON AS YOUR KNFIE ARRIVES...THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY TOOLS AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE
TO EACH JOB,AS THEY MAY BE BEING USED ON ONE ALREADY THAT CAME BEFORE IT..SO ALTHOUGH YOUR KNFIFE MAY ARRIVE HERE ON SAY JUNE 1, I MAY NOT
FINSH OTHERS IN LINE TO GET TO IT UNTILL AUGUST..OR MORE..
DEPENDING ON THE WORK LOAD ALREAD HERE.. SO YES IT TAKES TIME...
THAT DOESNT MEAN THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG.. BUT YOU START SEEING
DEMONS WHERE THERE ARENT ANY..AND THIS KIND OF CRAP HAPPENS..

2 YEARS.. EMMERSONS IS GOING 5 OR 6YEARS NOW FOR A SIMPLE CQC6...
WHEN I HAVE OVER 50 PROJECTS GOING AT ONE TIME.. WAITING MONTHS IS

i have only recently started looking around in the GB&U .. (was making sure i hadnt annoyed anyone :D)
but i must say that this thread has been some interesting reading.
kind of darkly humourous of a time.

but i must admit that i am a little confused at this latest post of darkmans .. maybe someone else can tell me if i am wrong... but in his initial post he states:

Well James, I would send you back the $50 if it were not for this fact. Remember the really nice Chameleon that you sent me as part of the trade? You know, the one with a pivot screw that looked like it had been taken out with vise-grips. An how you forgot to mention that part to me? Well, it has been at Microtech since late May getting put in the condition that you told me it was in when you traded it to me. How about I apply the $50 toward the final repair bill and you pay Tony the difference? I didn't think so.

Who TF would want to trust you enough to just ship a knife to you and say "customize it" without some communication as to price, wait-time, materials, etc? NOOOOOO ONE!!!!!:mad:

Well obviously he fell off the house and went to the hospital while he was on his fourth of July holiday.A bottle rocket shot up his A** while he was climbing on the ladder causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground.It's not that he didn't want to e-mail Yiterp,but his ass was in a sling.The rocket was anally impaled in his colon causing his memory to lapse about the guy's knife,give poor rocket A** a break you sons a B*****!!:p :D

James seems to be a pretty well respected member of the CKD forum. I thought that he had been banned from that forum in the past. Maybe I am wrong though.
