Given the above response from him on 11/22, as well as his apparent refusal to respond to the other party by e-mail, him communicating in this thread is not a possibility. Even if he was communicating in this thread, I don't think that would be an excuse sufficient to keep him from being banned given his apparent deception on the condition of the knife if in fact that deception turns out to be intentional. Of course, if it was not intentional, then the parties should simply revert to status quo, but that does not seem to be happening either.

I agree, however the way the situation is right now, he has very few incentives to fix it. This needs some intervention by the mods.
 
I agree that the mods should take action. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. It's clear that he lied about what he had.

He has no deception, he only said he sent a NIB knife after deleting the links to his photos on this forum. Once we could find the photos he tried to hide (forgetting about JD forum where he's been already banned and there you can read why) we could see his knife wasn't NIB.

At this point he's not interesting in explaining all his lies a week after, even if I'd love to read his explanation to the photos "he missed". We've been posting things (and repeating because people won't read a 13 pages thread) in this thread HE OPENED during A WEEK and he's been reading us but didn't say a word. He didn't answer the mail I sent to him yesterday asking for an agreement, so time is passing away and banning is not giving money back to me for a used knife, but how you make this guy think twice before cheating again if nothing happens?
 
I was gonna stay out of this, as I don't wanna judge anyone.
However, after reading the whole thread I'm gonna state my opinion: benya looks like a crook beyond reasonable doubt. Especially when he started a thread that blew up in his face!!! His few explanations are extremely weak and his lies talk for themselves.
I personally haven't done any deal with this guy, but I may have, just like any other forum member unaware of his true nature.
It's a pity to see someone let integrity go down the drain for a few $$ more.
Thanks nirvanero for having the patience to expose this guy. Especially in his own thread.
Unfortunately, I don't think you'll get any money back from him. His credibility is gone and he has no choice but to disappear. Ethics have nothing in common with his character.

Either. There should be some restitution to the buyer for condition or the deal should be reversed. If this does not happen then the seller should be banned. I was jerked around in my first few deals here as a newbie and did not open my mouth, so I can understand where the buyer is coming from
 
I was confident that people eventually would know the truth even if some of them seemed to be just worried about losing his status for a bad deal. This thread has shown how Igor didn't do just once and had perfect feedback while cheating when he thought it was time for it, but if you don't lie I don't see why you should be worried about your status or this forum become ruined.

And yes... I told him to reach an agreement but his reputation meant nothing to him as he preferred the money. I know I'm not gonna see any cent back but seeing how people had supported me it's nice. Thank you all who had the patience to follow this thread and actually know what's going on.
 
As a new member here, a couple things don't seem right to me.
Why is Negative feedback allowed to stay on Nirvenero when it's obvious he did nothing wrong?
Why is this thread not renamed by a moderator, Beware of Benya and Benya alone? If you don't read the whole thread, you would think Nirvanero is the bad guy here, by the title.
I don't see where Benya should have the right to leave negative feedback nor,create a thread against Nirvanero.
I have read all the G,B&U threads, this one seems to be taking along time for moderators to act. I realize they may be working to contact Benya to get him to refund the buyers money before they act. Just curious if Nivanero is aware of any moderator's in the process of doing so?
Nirvanero, hope you can get your money back, this really sucks! especially with all the shipping cost involved. This makes me very leary of doing business here as it seems very little a person can do to get their money refunded.

No mod contacted me so I don't know if they contacted Igor. Anyway Igor don't want to talk so reaching an agreement is a complicated task. If you read post #111 Igor Synayuk had a bad deal with other nickname (saf-t-cab) then switched to benya. He wasn't banned then and keeps both users...

He still is free to lie and post negative feedback here if you complaint because he pulled a fast one on you, even if you show everyone what happened. Just for the record, the moment JD mods read this thread they banned Igor as "the evidence was clear and plentiful", maybe now he has more time for doing business here even if various members asked for a banning, one of them even said he is supporting me by not renewing his membership if things stay like this...

After this 13 pages thread it doesn't surprise me a single bit why you worry.
 
Hey, it's been over 2 hours since anybody posted in here, whining about how the guy ripped them off. :rolleyes:

Let's just accept the fact that he's not going to man up. Let the police handle it from here.
