Beware of nirvanero

I sent him a mail, so far no response.

I just want to thank all you guys that didn't judge me just for being a newbie. Special mention goes for those who looked for the original photos and "explained" them for the people which didn't believe it was the same knife he sent to me (even if someone thinks you gotta be from CSI to know this).

Talking about other theories I've read, S90V can't rust during a two-day express shipping (my non-stainless Military CPM-M4 didn't), not talking about CF wear... but even if you think Spyderco's quality are that bad (I own +60 so obviously I don't think so...) a re-sharpened blade NEVER can be considered NIB.

I wish we could reach an agreement so I can forget about him as I've made good deals with other people from this forum, but he's just telling if I'm not happy I have to send him the NIB knife he never sent...

I find it upsetting that someone can come here and take advantage of the good people that frequent our forum and get away with it...Shakes head.

Have any of the Mods contacted Benya to see about resolving this matter? If not, I'd say it's time.

That is for sure and makes me sick to think such a member with high feedback was pulling stunts for a while and no one spoke up. I for one know how newbies can get attacked and it does probably keep a lot silent with fear of a lashing.

No, he said he will refund the money once he receives an S90V Millie in NIB condition. He knows very well that will never happen since he sold a sharpened and not-so-new Millie to nirvanero.
Also, he should refund all shipping costs involved.
At this stage I think we are headed towards a ban, which will not help Roberto at all.

haha, yeah Nirvanero, pay a premium for something not as described, get treated like crap after being mislead, and just sit there and take it! :rolleyes:

Benya, feel free to chime in anytime. Is your rep worth $90-120? If so, good riddance.
