C'mon guys, if you commit to the passaround, you have to follow through. This isn't just some Cold Steel $15 machete, this is a collectors piece that Moose has been very generous with, all he asked is that you don't hold onto it for too long, and you post a review after playing with it. He shouldn't have to come back and ask to find out where his stuff's at. I would expect most people, when they receive it, would post up here that they've got it, and where they're sending it to next. Seems like some people signed up when they were all gung-ho, and now they're lazy and don't want to put much effort into keeping up their end of the bargain.
 
I see more stipulations in the future of pass-arounds. Maybe a more discretionary way of choosing who can participate. Sorry to read about this, people should have more respect for other's things.
 
I agree, use that sweet knife and pass in on.......be cool its a privilege
 
I hate to see this happen, It ruins it for everyone who follows the rules.

On the other hand, he mentioned that he was going to use it on "very interesting plants."
Maybe the authorities were interested too.

Has anyone tried to contact him? He hasn't been here since his last post in this thread.

I have to agree, it's pretty sad and could also ruin plans for future passarounds.

he's all over the esee forums pretty much daily. He's a cop so he probably took it on a drug raid.
