Blade Forums Spring Street Barlow (BF Knife 2021)

Got my BF 21 barlow today! This knife is immaculate. Big thanks to the porch for everyone coming together to make this fantastic knife happen. This one is going immediately in the rotation and will always remain as one of the pillars of my ever growing collection. Will try for some better light in the coming days, but here are some pics to tide you over. Cheers everyone!

Got mine in and its wonderful, might kick my 92 stag out of my pocket for a day or two.
I love the thinness of it and the nail nick is perfect. The pins are rightfully proud for sawcut bone, color is just right and its really comfortable.
It feels much better than the tortoise acrylic 86 and the bolster is a work of art. Thank you Spark Spark , waynorth waynorth , gunstockjack gunstockjack , meako meako , knarfeng knarfeng , Peregrin Peregrin , and GEC!

Gorgeous knife! Love that sawcut!! I hope mine is nice and pronounced like that —-but I’ll take what I can get lol. Mine will probably be delivered tomorrow.
 
I like this one but feel like the 2019 BF gec version was more what i was looking for. Missed it completely. GEC has done such a nice job. Well done.
 
I guess I am going to be the last one to get theirs...

All the hub bub is over. A few thousand pictures of the same knife boring folks into a sound sleep. The race to make it look "used" is pretty much over. All the adjectives to describe it have been used. And reused.

I am so disgusted that a knife I could have gone and picked up in a day's trip has taken weeks, I almost don't care if it ever arrives; it's the fact that I spent money and I want something for my money. I was cheated out of being in the forefront of this thread, a position so cherished by those of the Porch. I deserve better. I followed the directions. I was prompt and efficient. I didn't complain about any of this. Until now.

So, I will not announce its current whereabouts (since I don't know), I will not proudly proclaim "The" knife has arrived (it hasn't). No pictures (see above). No words of praise. No long hunts of descriptive words to accurately relay my heartfelt thoughts (see above). Not even a complaint if it is found to be un-perfect.

In fact, if and when it arrives, I am not even going to open the box, let alone the tube to admire this loved and hated metal and bone "thing". I will toss it in the knife cabinet, way in the back and forget about this whole process.
