Great additions, guys. There's no exact science as to when nominations will close - I generally go by when submissions slow to a trickle - so if you've got 'em, don't sit on 'em - post 'em up! We've seen a great many tremendous knives already, but what can I say - I'm greedy. :D

It's already going to be an immensely tough choice. I can't even decide on my favourite Fisk, Bump or Royer.

Lots of beautiful knives posted here, but somehow this one seems to have been overlooked. Nick Wheeler made it for Dr. Bill. It's a guardless ladder-pattern Damascus Integral with curly Koa, and one of my favorites this year.

Please be patient with some of us. I know for myself, Lin Rhea and others here about we are having some difficulty due to the weather. Some of us are without power and will be for up to two weeks. I know there are several of Lin's posted but there are several more that deserve to be in this greatly anticipated thread.

I know Ralph "Bud" Richards has had some the bear looking at also, as has Ben Seward who is showing large amounts of talent and potential.

I would post them but I don't know how to from my phone.

So please bear with us.

Thanks Chris

Thanks John and Lorien. And Bill thanks for showing the ring guard I was wondering what I should make next for the Arkansas show and now I know

The only one I made this year that fits here. My first attempt at ladder damascus. I know it isn't in the same league as the other makers here, but we all like looking at knives, right?

I have seen Kyle Royers videos on Youtube but had no idea he was so amazingly talented. His work along with everything else in this thread is incredible. I am still undecided if it makes me want to live at my work bench night and day until i can make something like this, or give up because i cant lol.

Don't shortchange yourself there. There is a lot to like in that knife - especially for a first attempt! Thanks for sharing that, and keep up the good work.
