My favorite steak knife, Opinel #10. No worries about dulling it on ceramic, resharpens up in like a minute.
Not as though I really needed it with this prime filet. The bacon was tougher.

I was a little buzzed by the time it was done.... I posted it in the edc thread. I'll find it when I get home and update the pic.

Well I ended up getting the flu so had to put the filets on hold . Soon tho...

Nothing wrong with using fine beef cuts for tacos! This is one of my steak knives I use quite often. It’s Barbacoa Lamb tonight. Beef soon!
