  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Blades & Beef

Absolutely not. Looks like you just found the thread we recently had discussing the very subject.

Plus, I bring a knife everywhere any way, a restaurant is no different.
Yup, I was looking at that. Any particular knife that is carried more often than your others to the restaurant? Or what is EDC for the day? Thanks.

Above I said what I take to nice dinner. EDC isn't really the topic here. I'm going to cut the chit chat now to keep the thread on topic. Not trying to be rude, just trying to get the thread back on pics of beef and blades.

I've got 4 filets patiently waiting for tonight... pics to come :)
Me too!

My favorite steak knife, Opinel #10. No worries about dulling it on ceramic, resharpens up in like a minute.
Not as though I really needed it with this prime filet. The bacon was tougher.
