Delmonico steak dinner with a couple of Monkey's.
First cut on the cap was med-well but the center was just about medium. Perfect with a heavily marbled cut so as to render the fatty bits. Nothing worse than raw globs of inedible fat.
Truffle-garlic mashed potatoes on the side.

Quick and easy fried hamburger with some local grocery store ground beef, dollar general frozen fries in the air fryer and some free ketchup from Wendy’s drive thru. All while laying on the couch eating. Lazy cheap evening but it hit the spot

Lotta noise around the worth of Peter Luger's steakhouse in NY. Gave me a hankering for some pork to go with that beef.

The steak was done Luger style and a big hunk of unnecessary butter was dropped on top of it to to finish.

Roughly sounds like Center cut pork loin, I assume it would have a pepper sauce marinade and roasted.?.?.?
