Blades & Beef

Delmonico steak dinner with a couple of Monkey's.
First cut on the cap was med-well but the center was just about medium. Perfect with a heavily marbled cut so as to render the fatty bits. Nothing worse than raw globs of inedible fat.
Truffle-garlic mashed potatoes on the side.

1C93B0D6-4344-43F3-9956-C99EE6E30750.jpeg Quick and easy fried hamburger with some local grocery store ground beef, dollar general frozen fries in the air fryer and some free ketchup from Wendy’s drive thru. All while laying on the couch eating. Lazy cheap evening but it hit the spot
