Man, nothing better for lunch to me than some BBQ, and that pic just made me want to kick out early & pick some upView attachment 1170136 Great thread! Just now finding it. While i didnt grill this myself its a delicious 2 meat plate from a little BBQ joint by my work place in Willis,TX i have been eating at for the last 9 years, pretty much weekly. Love some Q and they do it right. Im playing hooky today after a long weekend and might just have to pick up some steaks to throw on the old weber today after seeing all these tasty pics!
A buddy brought an entire tenderloin of actual Wagyu beef straight over from Japan. We couldn’t resist, and just cooked it on the spot in the shop. Sous vide at 130 for 50min, in nothing but their own juice and just a pinch of salt, and finished with a MAPP gas torch. Tasted in incredible.

Agreed!Wagyu beef is amazing! Had some sliders at Lake Tahoe on vacation. Great score!
Great eye brother! Yes, that’s a RunningMan Forge in 1095 & dyed box elder burl.Is that a Running a Man knife doing the cutting of the Wagyu beef?
Those little end nuggets tho! Looks amazing, especially with those edges.Another prime brisket smoked on my PitBoss. Great slices and amazing burnt end nuggets. Along with my slicing cleaver.
