Yep, looks perfectly seared!

Smoking some chuck roasts n boudin. Gonna smoke the roasts into tonight then finish em by braising in the oven. Gonna use half to make pulled bbq beef sandwiches. The other half will go in gravy and with some mashed potatoes.

Got some chicken in a brine right now. Will be putting the chicken on later for bbq chicken to eat tonight.
