If you please. This is the so-called Altai knife - a national knife of the indigenous Turkic-speaking peoples inhabiting the Altai Mountains, Russia. This is the south of Siberia and it would not be a big mistake to say that this is the center of Eurasia. The type of this knife itself has almost disappeared by now, but thanks to the efforts of enthusiasts it has been restored. This particular knife is one of the limited forum project Rusknife.com. The steel is traditionally carbon for ethnic historical knives. In general, they tried to get as close as possible to the historical prototype.

Very cool..........I like the Yakut knives too......Tough country...... Coldest inhabited place on Earth...I believe🤔
Beautiful horses too.....

Thanks for sharing.... Enjoy your new blade..

Not sure on internal but probably 200 like most beef. I usually just stick a fork in it and twist to see when ready. Do the same for pulled pork.
Awesome! The best tri tip I ever did was marinated in my buddy's sauce and glazed with his habanero jelly! I've been meaning to recreate that one!

Nice, what ya cooking?
My pops always pulls all kind of stuff out of the freezer when I'm in town and asks me to smoke it. Today is two large cuts of bone in pork shoulder, tomorrow is a duck and 3 racks of ribs, Saturday will likely be some lamp chops 😂 he supplies the meat and beer, and all the family is hanging at his house so why not oblige? 😁

I like Pops style! I could definitely burn with him.
