Thanks Jeff, the horn is great on this one. Well, I was perhaps suffering from Barlow overload...;) but mainly that I thought a modern rendering would be lacking in soul, sterile even. Completely wrong, it has complete harmony, feels fantastic in the hand, has very impressive build quality and it's not too heavy either-titanium bolsters. The materials match the construction and the all stainless construction means it's up to wet stuff and food prep.
