Beautiful examples of Ironwood covers, Gordon. I think Boker hit a home run on those. I know the one example I have is just wonderful.Variations on a theme - Boker ironwoods.

Nope.Just haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet.
I love my Micarta and the castle burg is nice too but feels very different in hand. It’s more “blocky.” I imagine the ironwood to be more slim like the Micarta.
Yep it is. It's a nice knife. Is that one of the new Gentleman's Club? Looking good.![]()
Mine is a really slim carry. That's one of the many reasons I really like the Club.Nope.Just haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet.

No, I have the copper Barlow in ironwood but no club yet.Ah. I thought you had gotten one already.
I figured it was just from pictures I’ve seen of your’s and Gordon’s. That’s what I like about them too.Yep it is. It's a nice knife.

I’ve always found the Solingen made Bokers to be very nice. I have several of them. In my opinion, they’re as good as any production knife out there and better than most. Glad you like it.Böker cattle knife. I didn't know about the fit and finish from Solingen, but this is very impressive. (pinned shield, blade centred, no liner gaps, nice bone), I don't like the blade recurve, but that is at least a deliberate touch.
It is a big one for sure. I had one for a short time but found it to be just too big and moved it along.I don't know what this knife was used for, it is enormous,
Very nice!I just got this in...The scales I thought were bone are acrylic of some sortView attachment 1880251
