You know, when I saw this wonderful photo spread of this gorgeous knife, for some reason it reminded me of a swimsuit model photo shoot. I can even hear Kerry telling this beauty, "OK, now smile and throw your hair back. That's it. You look mahvelous dahlin'!". :)

Rick M. & all,look at this one :

You cant help but like this pattern
Here is the other, or first Sowbelly Trapper Prototype equipped with a spey blade.

Which blade setup do you guys like better?

You know I never mentioned this in this thread,I do not believe, but did I ever tell you ? ...........

Tony Bose is not just a legendary knifemaker, but I suspect he is a genius

I've been going back in the thread for deep drool :D

I gotta bump one more up,from 100 pages back !

Tony went and done it again! He made another DE Cattle Knife but this one is made out of CPM-154 and clothed in old Rogers bone! Tony says, "finding Rogers bone is like finding a bucket full of chicken lips". I think that means it's impossible. :) Rare and unique bone for a special handmade knife.:cool:

I've been deeply in love with Tony's knives for years. Alas, it is an unrequited love, as I either could not afford one when one was available, or one was not available when I could afford one. Hope springs eternal, however, and I am nothing if not the Man of La Mancha. (I'm drinking and VH1Classic's "I Love the 70s is on):D:D One day, I'll own one.

The DE Cat is one of my favorites...Its everything that make the knives from Wilfred what they are..Thanks again Tony and Reese..

Two things about that knife that make it really cool is the main spear blade w/ long pull, and the two small blades lay low in the handle when closed.I think that makes it a more comfortable stockman style knife in the hand, w/using the main blade .Nice size on it,too
The blade profiles & styles are awesome & the bolsters & shield are great Alright, more than 2 things .. Don't forget the old time bone & then, modern CPM SS !!!!!!
I love it.

More often than not you see barehead knives coming out of Wilfred Works. Caps add to the weight of the knife and the complexity of the build but they sure do look PURDY!

This Bose Wharncliffe Trapper, undoubtedly Tony's signature knife pattern, has lovely hand polished ivory covers, belt finished CPM-440V blades and springs, and SS hardware.

That's a goody! The caps give it pizazz! (Haven't heard that word in a long time! I think it applies here.)

She's a DANDY, I'd skin a squirrel with that one, and take it to town on Saturday to cut my plug with and kindy flash it around.... :) People liks them chickn bones...

Got to thinking ( dangerous thing ain't it ) to have a Game Fight'n Rooster skrimned on back side handle in full color.. Sure be pretty to this Hill William....

THIS ONE IS OUT OF THE PARK!!!
YOU ROCK, TDAWG!
Great pictures, Kerry!

Here are my two from Reese. I've had the WT for a while. It's been in my coin pocket since I got it. The Backpocket is a recent addition from one of the good guys here. Haven't been able to let myself carry it yet. Maybe I need a knife purse or something...
