Don't be fooled John. That's Schrade Pearl for sure!! From Prairie Oysters. . . . . .

Nice knife regardless!

Although I prefer more durable or sturdier materials for slabs, that Case 6214 pattern is something else. When I think I've seen it all, lo and behold...

Nice Bose Pearls every one. John I bought a 6214 1/2 Green bone XX New and carried it for several years. Of course when I bought it in 1960 or 61 ? I didn't know Green bone from a Ham bone, it was just a pretty Tan Knife to me...

Ford please explain to me what the word "humble" has to do with prairie oysters? If you will get off of that prairie and get to the Mountain oysters you will find the pearls...:D:D

"They are usually peeled, coated in flour, pepper and salt, sometimes pounded flat, then deep-fried. This delicacy is most often served as an appetizer."

- sounds humble to me... ;) :D

Kerry, I got your nuts right here. (Sorry that was below the belt.) Very cool carvings.

Hallelujah and amen on the stag WT. Can’t beat Bose stag and 440V on one of the quintessential Bose patterns,

The rapture is waiting for whoever gets that knife.

Blessings,
