Bose Knives

It was great to meet you Kerry, and the Old Dog and Reese. Too bad none of the "lil' darlins" drew my name out of the box but it was great to finally handle some of the knives I have drooled over for so long. I wish I could have meet others from the traditional forum but the drawing was so crowded and crazy I didn't get a chance and no one was walking around with their screen names on their chests.;)

As Some of You know I have been a Little busy with a New restaurant these past few months...Havent had time to particpate and shooot the Shizz Like Usual
as Well I had to Cancel my Blade Show Plans for this Year
Really Missed out on the good times with all Y'all
Being a Chef I use and abuse alot of cutlery.....Let Me Tell you what

You mean you actually use your Bose knife? :eek: Don't you know that thing is a collectible? What a sacrilege!

All kidding aside, I bet that blade just works and works.

Congrats on that one Riad. The knife and steaks are making my mouth water more than usual.

I'd love to eat at any of your establishments, but that new place sounds like it has the best steaks in NYC.

I have nothing against vegetarian cuisine ... as long as you throw a little meat in there.

Nice steaks and very nice knife!
