Bose Knives

That's Awesome, Bob!
You'll be CEing & CFing them for a LONG time...:thumbup:

Don't mean to brag, but I was LUCKY enough to get my name drawn twice in the Bose drawing. Got an Awesome Reese Bose Ivory Teardrop 2 Blade, CPM154 Blades, #1, and the Ultimate, at least for me, Tony Bose Swayback with Green Jigged Tozaki Bone and the, ahem, Scrotum Shield. I am still in Hog Heaven! Almost Midnight and I'm still Fondling them. I want to Thank Tony and Reese for allowing me to spend some time in their room last night and preview the knives. And thanks to Kerry Hampton for the nice knife talk. I was even able to snag a Killer KHnutbuster from Kerry. My son was really impressed with the gang. You couldn't ask for a better bunch of people. I'll get some pictures of the knives up when I get home. Thanks Again Everybody!

Don, you lucky so and so. Congrats to both you and Joe on stellar knives.

I want to thank the Bose crew for their generosity of spirit(s) (that means you, Lee :p) and the camaraderie which is second to none.

Great knives, friends, fine spirits and cigars...hell of a time. Thanks for letting me continue to enjoy those special evenings.:cool:

Also got to handle a few knives from Don Morrow, Don Hanson, and Brent Cramer and snagged one from Brent...

You forgot to add "...that Blues hand picked for me."

(I really did.)

:p;)

I'll 2nd that sentiment!

Who ended up with the dogleg...I know the winner sold it to someone and for the life of me I can't remember who it was.

Who won the ivory Pruning knife??

Charlie, Don won Tony's ivory pruner AND the 2-blade swayback jack. He flipped me the swayback and kept the pruner. Last I saw it, he had it chained to his waist. :D

I drew Tony's stag desk knife, so the Missouri boys did pretty well.

Campbell, I am not sure where the stag dogleg ended up. It was a favorite, for sure.

Great seeing all there...a super show. The fun part is the comradery of fellow knife lovers.

Here are a few snapshots of the Bose group from my first BLADE show. I am very fortunate to have met Tony, Lee, Elliot, Kerry, Campbell, Don Hanson, John Howser (I bought a sweet stag lockback damascus trapper from John I will post later!). I missed Thursday nights festivities, but the show itself was fantastic.

Blues finally looked up from his card dealin' (he didn't win anyway!)

I was LUCKY enough to get my name drawn TWICE in the Bose drawing, like Don Hanson III. Here are a few photos of mine. I'm NOT a photographer. The Tony Bose is the Swayback with D-2 Blade, Tozaki Bone Scales, and the "Scrotum" Shield. I have been on a mission to get one of these. The Reese Bose is a Teardrop with Creamy Ivory Scales, CPM154 Blades, #1, and a hand cut Shield. I am so happy I decided to make the journey to BLADE this year, even though I could only attend Friday. I got to meet some amazing people. Thank you to everybody that made my son and I feel welcome. I would post some photos of my Kerry Hampton KHnutbuster I was fortunate to get from Kerry, but my son is carrying it today on a hike. I can't seem to get it away from him. Kerry: My son thinks you are super cool and admires your knife so much that he tried to give the money for it so it would be "his." Thanks for a Great time!

Bob and Don should have bought lottery tickets after the drawings. Joe, glad Don shared his luck with you.

Sounds like you had a great show all in one day Bob.

Thanks for posting the pictures Black Mamba.

What Mikey said!
Don, Bob & Joe...I am thrilled & tickled that you Folks scored!:thumbup::thumbup:

Congratulations, guys. I'm truly sorry I couldn't make it this year. I promise I'll do my best to be there next year. You guys rock my world.
