Buck 113 Ranger fixed blade W/ scalloped Honduran Rosewood Scales cmp154 drop point blade nickle silver bolsters 8/22 BOTM (not available in Canada)

I'm half in half out on it.......I don't really use fixed blades less than about 4"...tend to pass over and grab a 4 or 5" or bigger......

but this one is 154cm and solid wood and looks great......touch call...ill wait and see if they fly out and it solves my back and forth for me.
 
Yea... CITES makes it pretty difficult to ship a knife outside of the U.S. when it's made with any of the dalbergia species or bubinga. Sorry Jeff. :(

I'm going back and forth on this one. I don't have a ton of use for a 113 (and sold my last one), but every time I've held off on a rosewood Buck, I've regretted it.

238 left - selling fast.

I didn't purchase the scalloped 112 and missed the drop on the scalloped 110. Regretted this for a long, long time until I was able to purchase both at a later date. Both are scalloped cocobolo and are nothing short of spectacular. Hopefully the rosewood will be just as nice. If it is, you will not regret your purchase.

Just an FYI - incase someone missed it, in the pictures there are tan to dark brown versions of the knife. Buck also acknowledges this by saying in the text specific variations can not be ordered.

This one is very nice. The 113 never appealed to me until about two weeks ago, I started thinking it may make a great weekend belt knife. I have a list of a few things to order and the 113 is on the list. I'm thinking I may jump on this one.

After thinking it over a minute, I'm out. I'm still getting a 113 though.

I am pretty excited about this one! I would like to order a second one for carry, but just can't justify it. It will be joining my CKS 113. I will have to figure out lanyards for both of them now!

I didn't catch the different variations at first. I was actually taking a break from work to order this, so didn't do a thorough review. Hoping for a darker one but will be happy with any.
