Buck Slim Pro

Im getting 110and 112,in s30vprobably.these are real tactical knives.blue scales are awesome. Also Whatever steel theyre in buck knows how to heat treat it.420hc is pretty goog for my uses but s30v even better

Get prepared for the perfect EDC knife. 110 blade, Bantam weight class, cool as all get out pocket clip. Thin MICARTA!!!!! scales. Thumb stud high near pivot but sticks out past the scales so it's easy to open. It's freaking perfect!
Cool!! Glad to hear it. I guess that means they will be out soon. Did you handle one at the factory? Or were you able to get one early?

This will beat many tactical designs, been waiting for 20years for buck to make this one, traditional yet modern with proven design, materials blade shape and nice high hollow grind made for cutting

What is the release date on 112 LT? Thanks.

Got my order in today. Lots of flavors. I have to say I am really liking the 110 Slim Pro versions.

I got my 112 LT from Buck yesterday and it is great. Nice lockup and well centered. And just placed an order for a 112 slim in G10/S30v. They are showing up at dealers now. BTW, the 112 LT cuts great and is sharp!

Just got my 110 dressed in the green micarta in the mail today. Gotta be honest, I’m kinda disappointed. Centering leaves a lot to be desired. The clip screws are a bit too long and are pushing the scale away from the back spacer and when the screws are loosened the blade rubs the scales & it feels to me that the threaded inserts are not solidly fitted into the scale as you can only snug the clip screws and not get them tight or they continue to spin. I really like the idea, size and style; hoping it’s just some early run kinks otherwise if these issues are wide spread it could spell disaster for the line up early on.

I bought 15 of them I believe and don't remember any of those issues.

Probably get that sent back and taken care of. Just checked these. All look good. Dont think it's a wide spread issue.

Yeah, I think I would send that one back to Buck. Sucks to have to send in a brand new knife, but that would bother me. Hope they're not all like that, I have a green micarta inbound myself.

Curious if you see pictures?

Anything manufactured has a percentage that might need warranty work. It always sets me back when I read that expectations of perfect product everytime. That's impossible.

Centering on a riveted knife is something you have to look at with a grain of salt. Rubbing is one thing.

Of all of the 110 slims I have looked at they all looked pretty good. One had a loose thumbstud but was taken care of immediately by Danny in warranty.
