Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
The sharpening is fine by me.
Here is a pic of the 'style' of knife I am making. I will make a few adjustments to the piece for the competition. I will be using L6 and a green/orange combo burlap laminate from Shadetree Laminates. Cool lookin stuff.

BTW, what was the verdict on multiple submissions? I would like to submitt a socket handle piece, too.
Here it is...Nice size for a bushcrafter. Blade is long enough to do most of what you need and yet offer high level of control. The handle is wonderfully generous and very comfortable. A full size knife handle on a compact knife. As usual for Rick's knives, it came sharper than hell. The sheath with its tie off loops was really cool too.

Love the look of that knife Dave, bet it's a real versatile blade eh !
How do ya find the L6 compares to 1095 ?
This is just my opinion, but I think L6 is a much sturdier steel than 1095. Don't get me wrong, I love 1095, and use a lot of it. L6 seems to take more abuse and keep the edge better than 1095. Like I said, just my opinion.
I am going to make the comp knife a bit thicker (the one in the pic is 3/32 in). I am not going to put the swedge in the front of the spine. I will roll the edges fo the thumb stop for comfort and keep the rest of the spine sharp for spark throwing. I still carry the blade in that pic and it has been a "go to" for a long time.
I am cool with that.
Is everyone else on board?
