Some people😤
Lilly my youngest came home from work yesterday a bit p@ss*d off.
As you know she works at a walmart style buinesss. Her Sunday shift yesterday had to start 7 on opening and supervising. Her day wasn't so bad until she got called to the change room. Someone had taken a full dump on the change room floor:rolleyes::mad: So her and another staff member cleaned it up, carpeted floor too.
I'd be cranky too.

I’m in Australia for 3 weeks with no knife. I read the laws are super strict (we mostly are around Sydney area). It’s driving me nuts using my wife’s nail clippers for basic knife tasks.
Head south...about about 3hrs 30min...very scenic...I'll be at Big Niles...ask for Jon...seriously I always carry a pocketknife..even in Sydney...just don't wave it around on the train...😀
Charlie, I'll lend you 1 whan you visit Oz.
Grab one on the way through as well 😁😁
To all Aussie members on the east coast stay safe. Severe weather warnings for the next few days, probably be flooding in my area.

Supposed to be today...its a bit grey...I was hoping see some clown try to cross Narooma Bar in a 6m swell....or at least some big wave surfing...

mitch13 mitch13 Mitch I worked at Redfern Fire Station for 8 years...the houso towers
( projects) were a constant source of fun...We were pelted with beer bottles from somewhere on the 12th floor ...the kind of idiot who lives there throwing full ones....wasting beer is against the law in Australia...or should be imo. We would check the indicator panel and proceed up in the lift....usually burnt toast..but anything was likely up there so we were always booted and spurred for firefighting....up in the lift one afternoon ...check the units...by the time we headed back down one of the residents had left a huge turd in the lift....Needless to say I took my name off the list of applicants for a unit.🤢

Yeah I always have 1 common sense approach, all though not much of that 😉
Guaranteed some 1 will drive through flood waters.

That would have been an eye opener.

Thanks for the suggestion. We actually made it out of Sydney this morning before the weather got too bad and drove to my wife’s cousin’s house in Bathurst. I was hoping to randomly bump into you in a pub out here haha. I would love to have a pint with you.

Be safe. Weather was getting bad in Sydney but seems to have mellowed out now that we made it to Bathurst.

I've been watching One Step Beyond (1959-1961). I remember a lot of them, more and less vaguely. Since I was four in 1961, I probably saw them as Saturday afternoon reruns. This guy had a heck of a career.

22 episodes in season 1, 39 in season 2, and I'm maybe half a dozen into season 3. I still haven't come to the fully clothed lady in the bottom of the pool, seen only by the only child of the house.
Funny I don't remember the admittedly short-lived Next Step Beyond.

Nothing is too off-topic for a knife. Here's a Japanese Ekco Flint forged stainless carving knife of the future.

Seems like you don't see much modernity nowadays.
