Yup, but they look so good on the shelf. 500 hundred years from now in a post-apocalyptic world, someone will find them, learn to read, then realize that they need good knives.

Maybe Nathan and Jo’s descendants will start Friday sales for them….so they can learn to re-invent faster internet and acquire those knives. Maybe they’ll just dig up our safes, cabinets, backpacks, trucks, etc. and keep the best knives they come across. Who knows ?

One thing is for sure. They won’t be stalking the BF CPK Buy, Sell, and Trade forum until they acquire a BC or DEF. They probably also, won’t walk to Canada or Connecticut for a sheath. Just sayin’. 🤣🧐

That gives me an idea to send Nathan for Abby's next vehicle...

Blues Blues Fort Meigs is about 2 minutes from where I live now ... pretty cool place

When i was younger that's where fireworks would be launched from
Apparently, they used guns w/ knives on ‘em back in the day, at old Fort Meigs. Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a CPK BAYONET available? We could call it the COK GK (gun knife).

I was at the Custer / Little Bighorn Battlefield in Montana for 4th of July in 2000. They put on a fine display. We went there after leaving Rob Simonich's home in Clancy.

I’ve been wanting to spruce up my 1911 so I ordered a set of grips, how could I not get spalted maple! Jon- High Figure Grips was great to work with by requesting these be beveled and not corner cut, hiding the mainspring housing pin.

Can anyone guess the make/model of the gun? I love the virgin side with no stamping or marks of any kind, much like I love the sharpened tip on that UF2!

Picked up another JMCK after I removed the DCC's from the WC 2.5. (For me, the 2.5 is much better at concealment and stability with the wide fixed loops than the DCC's paired in the center of the holster. The new 2.0 is great with the DCC's mounted wide, even wider than the 2.5.)

Something for you to consider in future...if you feel the inclination. (This is a G17 sized holster in each case.)

Well hot damn, look at that! I bought mine from somebody on GunBroker about 15 years ago so I don’t know the build date or anything, I was going to send it in to have the sights replaced, give it a once over and have the history certificate they offer made up also.

Did you get yours new from EB? Curious if you know what year it was built!

I believe my dad and I picked that one up in 2008 new from a dealer. (I was 16).
