I just picked this up today. Other than the edges needing a few passes over the Sharpmaker to smooth them out alittle, I can't find anything wrong with it. The back springs/liners almost look like a solid piece.

The swedges on the Collaboration knives are really something else! I don't have the Wharncliffe Trapper ... but that might have to change from the photos in this thread. After seeing Gary Peregrin and Bart Sacto constantly posting their Eurekas I felt like I had no choice but to get my own.
I’ve had it for awhile but I need to carry much more.

I've had one for a few years. The Eureka is very pocket friendly. You hardly know it's there. I have a few Case/Bose knives & would go back & forth as to which was my favorite; the Eureka Jack or the Cattle Knife. The Wharncliff Trapper has taken their place for the time being, though. Here's a pic of it from yesterday, sitting on an old locust fence post.

Nice. I still think the Norfolk is the best of the annual collabs. Oh how I wish I could find one, although truth be told I'm not looking all that hard.

Thanks, truth be told, that one pretty much fell in my lap. JohnDF made me a deal I couldn’t afford to pass up, he’s done that to me a couple of times!

Finally picked up my first Case Bose collab last week. Was unsure what to expect, but gobsmacked by the quality. Eureka Jack in brown bone.

Got lucky and my long sought after Levine’s 4th edition arrived the same day.



I have a Chestnut Wharncliffe Trapper on the way in the post. I’m sure it won’t be the last Case/Bose collab for me.
