I wanted to know how you used the dremel to mill out the back of the g10. I was thinking of using a liner and doing the cut in that to make the space.

Also, is there any axis lock play with the new handles? I wasn't sure if the g10 also was made to prevent this

Reground BM 710

Work done:
Grind converted to hollow grind and raised.
Swedge extended
Satined flats - I really like how the opposing satins catch the light.

I must add - BM nailed the hardening - this blade is D2 and it was a bear to grind - but it took a nice polish as a result :D

Awesome blade grind on your 710...I'll bet it slices well too~! :thumbup:
 
Jkarp_53, Gareth Bull finished this 710 for me over the weekend, I should have it buy Wednesday cant wait! Ill let you know how it slicers!
 
A day may come, when I decide not to mess with my knives while drinking, but it is not this day. This day, I fixed the Rukus' only problem!

Here's mine, that I made from pearl grey deyed jade G10..with a toxic green backspacer. It turned the G10 navy blue which actually looks pretty cool :)
