Just in from the shop, I worked more on folder #3 and #4... they are going well! I snapped a tiny bit drilling my detent and have that scale soaking in ferric to remove the bit. More on them when they are closer!

I also profiled two Chef's knives and they are looking incredible! I tried a Carter/Loveless inspired handle and am really liking it.

Carlsberg Elephant - good stuff! strong!

My Dad worked at Carlsberg when he hitch-hiked through Europe in the 1960's! My parents both worked at a mushroom factory ran by the brewery at a later time.

It was cool... the spent grains from the beer fed the draft horses which delivered the beer... they grew the mushrooms in the horse poop and spent grains!

Back in high school, my brother and our best friend got ripped on Carlsburg Elephant and ended up swimming in the Delaware River. We all lived!

Mornin' y'all! stayed up late ,slept in late. Now I am pondin' coffee to try to get goin' . Breakfast = Bacon,asada,potato,egg and cheese burrito with 1/2 a bottle of Tapatio.Have a great Sunday !

There are two other littermates with the extra toes as well. Pretty crazy looking! This is one of the kittens up for adoption through my store.

Just finished lunch and am thoroughly disgusted with myself for not only having Burger King, but also having it delivered! Quite convienant for the ever growing waist line of America...but I have been craving a good ol' whopper! No fries, had salad instead and I don't drink soda. Just gonna ride the long way home tonight, and maybe put an hour on the elliptical.

Serious day in the shop yesterday, I worked on kitchen knife designs all day... have 9 profiled! I have been doing a lot of thinking and am going into nicer kitchen knives along with the folders and Ti.

Working again today, I rarely work Monday.

I scored an anvil for free yesterday, its an old 72# Peter Wright! A little beat up, but it can be salvaged.

I'm giving myself a rest from sanding and uploading some random pics...

This morning I ordered some nice Ironwood, Cocobolo, Stabilized Curly Maple and more ironwood! I'm using those woods along with blackwood for the Kitchen Knives! I'm going with hidden pins besides a small center pin, you guys are going to trip out! lol
