That is indeed the plan. I am assuming one day I will actually have time to finish the design, submit it for Aficionado approval, and then get on to the less important things, like buying steel, and you know, actually making the knife.

Time and work are conspiring against me, and I'm still at the napkin doodling phase.

Exciting afternoon round here, just got to watch the end to a high speed chase in front of my work! Some D-bag with 2 felony warrants was spotted and tried to run, went to go through the red light at the corner that my store is on and plowed into 4 cars. Cops were just seconds behind him and had the dog out and guns drawn, took this scum down and wasn't very nice about it! I got to see the wole thing go down, and the K9 officer was kind enough to let me give his dog a treat for doing a good job. The idiot had to be doing about 50 in a residential neighborhood.

Thankfully no one was injured bad enough to need immediate attention.

Always something going on around here!


In other news, I'm picking up another .22 rifle tomorrow, woohoo!

Good morning y'all . Today is my and Jen's 3 year anniversary. It seems like we have been together forever and like we just met. I am going to try real hard not to talk about knives at dinner.:D Gotta get to grindin' Y'all have a good one.

Busy here... hectic day! ...getting ready to take Jade to a Doctors appointment for a routine checkup.
 
Well the .22 rifle is a no-go. I arranged the deal on Monday and the seller agreed to have me pick it up on Wednesday. The seller was in another city 30 minutes away, and I was headed over there anyways today, so I was going to pick it up. I get ahold of him at the time he said, he tells me "sorry, sold it yesterday." That bastid!!! I just hate when people don't keep to their word in a deal, really rubs me the wrong way.

So, I have three large pork steaks in the oven right now and am going to shoot my new pellet pistol some more tonight.
