Went to a range qualifier over the weekend. This weathers too damn cold to shoot accurately. Took the 1911, only landed 2 of 6 shots on the paper plate >_>

Still got it.

Man it really is cold. Also it's Christmas shoppin' time. The time of year where I don't got money for nuttin'

^ If you buy one more gun you might be moving in to Casa De Tupper! lol. We can do a collab knife...you have to name it though. :D ^

Kev, I'd like to try that W2. Tmack, it ain't no secret that Kyle has about the best teacher there is for getting a hamon on W2. His old man practically wrote the book on it!

Bobby, there ain't no excuse for missing! Do dry fire practice, 1 hour a day. Then go shovel snow. You will get better at it, I promise! :D. The last mail in match I won (AP10M) I shot in 40° weather out side, because it was how I was practicing and I do dry fire practice. Yes, 40° is quite cold here. That's usually a jacket over the hoodie weather, especially because of the high humidity and it cuts deep!


Had an interesting night last night. I got home around 9pm from work. Was standing in the kitchen making myself a steak burrito, out of nowhere BOOM!! My wife's glass top desk exploded! :eek: I mean literally exploded! I about jumped out the window when it happened, scared the crap out of me! So not only did we have a million little pieces of glass to clean up, it was about 100 pounds worth, I had to eat a cold steak burrito after.

It's my Friday!!! But I don't have two days back to back.

Yes it is, I worked outdoors doing the knives for a while there and really like my shop. :) I still keep the grinding room cold though... don;t want fumes building up from grinding... so the finishing room is heated. I need a real door though, lol.

W2 sounds good, I have a piece just waiting to be turned into a tanto.

Exploding desk! Scary! I never like moving glass stuff because of that.

Shoot stuff! You guys have yards, right? :D OK, never mind!

Lycosa - I'm alright at really basic carpentry, I used to help a good friend out sometimes on the weekends as a carpenters helper. It's trickier than it looks!

Just in from the shop and about to jump in the shower... I got a lot done today. :D You guys have a great evening!

RLS is kicking my butt tonight. Can't sleep for nothing. Hate the feeling it brings on too. Oh well, checking out some different lighting techniques to combine and try out tomorrow, always fun playing around with lighting and cameras! I need more power though, always need more power! I want to be able to over power the sun with a single strobe!
