Kevin- The wood shed is getting full. :) It WILL be filled soon.
How you doing?
Hi DFerz!!! :D

Rolf, you must have started early with the chopping this year. I am doing good, living the good life and all that. Jen made me close the windows and turn on the heater today....she says it is cold.
Y'all vatos have a great day.

Hey hey hey!

Been busy round here lately. Trying to get one weekend day off for when my boy is out of town. Would be nice to spend some quality alone time with the little lady. Probably involve a bottle of Stoli, some garlic stuffed olives and some killer pizza. Nothing beats having a good dirty martini with excellent traditional pizza!

Currently camera shopping. Well, weighing options on what to get once I get some finances squared away. Always fun to buy a new toy! Probably gonna get some good glass as well. If a DFK frame lock comes up I may just have to delay the camera purchase!

Make it great fellas!

Kevin- Yes, cutting wood in October is better than cutting in December. :D
You guys behave. I have some things to tend to. I'll be back... I think.
Remember, Daniel's in charge!

Hey guys! Spent yesterday morning mailing out knives and have been helping my in-laws move over the last few days. We have babysitters! :D

I'm going to get a new shop heater and have a big week planned after that. Ti Tanto, Fixed blades, heat treat on new ones! Veggie peelers, RF2 blades, random others too!

You guys have a great evening!

Very nice.
Very cool.
You are a good dude, Daniel!
Heat's good. It's going to zero tonight with the wind. So they say.
Hi DF Gangerz!!

Sounds like a good couple of days, Daniel!

Heat is good. I finally broke out my big down coat today. I hate wearing it to work, since it's so bulky when on public transit. I feel like I'm taking up three seats.

Keep warm everyone. Have a great night!

Yeah, heat is good. It's been down into the low 40's and high 30's the last couple mornings when I got up. Still pretty chilly through the day though, highs in the upper 60's. Definitely long pants weather. Grabbed a hoodie and threw it in my truck too.

I need some opinions, which steel is easier to control a hamon on? I mean more of not so unpredictable and likely to take suggestion in pattern than actually control.

Morning y'all.

It's raining. We need it. A lot.

Rolf, I've heard nothing but the highest praises for that little pocket pistol. Not really my kinda pea shooter but still a damn fine piece!

Make it great fellas!!!

X- I needed this pistol like a hole in the head but it's a true compact 9.
RockOn DFerz!!
:D

X, W2 would be my choice. I think I still have a piece if you want to give it a try.
Rolf, you should be Daniel to make you a bayonet for that new pistola you got. It will make inside waistband carry very interesting :D
Tmack, whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup...

I gave up pistols a long time ago, but wouldn't mind owning a Walther PPK again. Just like owning a swiss watch - beautiful machines.

For now, I'll stick to pretty pretty knives.

How's everyone doing? Caught a break in the weather here and it warmed up to the mid 20s, so I was able to run around and take pictures without feeling like my lungs were going to mutiny. Nothing worth keeping, but the effort is fun.

Make it a great one!

My matching pair of Kyle Hanson knives have the best hamon in my collection and they are w2. Just gorgeous.

Kevin- Please stop taking drugs.
I love the PPK! I had a PP in .380. But, I now prefer the Ruger.
Walther shud have modernized the PPK line.
