lmao! hey guys!

Great day here in the shop... 11 hours of excellent knife making! :cool:

I'm going to go ahead and say it... fixed blades are about to get real rare here for a while. :D
 
Happy Fathers Day to me!!! The little lady found the last four cases in town, and bought them ALL for me!!! This won't even be around again until next year and I don't think it's going to be that abundant due to the drought this year. I love this stuff!

Two cases cellared, two cases in the fridge. Thankfully she found it at shelf temp and not cold, so putting it in the cellar isn't a huge shock to it. I think I'm gonna have a good cigar with it tonight, probably a R y J toro sized.

Happy father's day indeed!

I splurged and took us all out to a nice restaurant for craft cocktails and some great food. Then let my sober sister drive us home. Boy is in bed after wearing himself out on the water fountain down the street. I'm about ready to crash too. It's been a long couple of weeks, but we'll be home tomorrow - and then I can really rest. (Before going back to work).

Workin' from home today. What a weekend. Saturday morning I started developing the worst Summer cold. Seriously, who gets colds in the Summer? D:

It progressed through a freakin "Gender Reveal Party" that Ash forced me to attend for her friends. Then into Fathers day visiting her dad as well as my parents. By the time it hit 5 yesterday I was down for the count. Could barely stay awake through the GoT season finale!

X that weather sounds good. I got the pup passed out next to me. I think it's time to hit the 'tunes thread to liven it up.
 
Bobby, a cold is no good no matter what time of year. Fortunately I rarely get sick.

Umm..... your lady has friends that are sexualy ambiguous? They have to throw a party to reveal it?! Sounds kinda odd, you east coasters are strange... :p

Yeah it was the first i've heard of it. They revealed the gender of their unborn child. It was a complete timewaster ;(
 
Lol, when you have kids things like this are common place. Usually the "gender party" is just family and close friends. Another one I wasn't thrilled about but turned out great was the 1st birthday party. It's like having a second baby shower and you get all kinds of useful stuff.

Lol, my son has discovered MC Hammer! Great kids dance music! He lives just 20 minutes away, maybe I should just ask him to do a show for my boy!

A2 tantos... Recurves... almost done! the knives are sharp, sheaths are ready to assemble... pics after that! I cut myself by touching a tanto blade and nearly needed stitches... applied pressure for while then band aid... my whole thumb got soaked in blood after the band aid was on! hey at least it didn't really hurt...

I have a few spoken for/custom fixed blades to do but am only on folders after that for a bit! :D

Trailer Park Boys have a new special on Netflix that's pretty funny. Which tanto bit you, Daniel? You can start charging more for the blood, sweat, tears editions.

Yeah I'm curious to know as well. Hopefully it wasn't mine! Whichever one it was, it must have an evil sprit =P
