Morning guys!

It's an ugly muggy morning here, gonna be warm an humid. I hate days like these.


Made a tough decision, traded off a DFK...for a Seiko diver. But, since I got the Stinger I haven't been using the A2 tanto much. So, off it goes to spread the good word of Squatch-built knives and spill blood of disbelievers :D

Luckily the humidity took a break today.

Not a bad decision with the trade, watches are a worse hobby than knives. I've haven't bought one since November and I'm going through withdrawal =P

I have a appointment to see if I need to get glasses today. I am thinking monocle.Hmmm, what ya think? haha:single_eye:
 
Hi DFK fans. Been raining since noon. Xander, that trade would have btough one either way for me.

Fbc, get 2 monocales one for each eye. Young Frankenstein style.
 
I think the trade was fair, value has appreciated on that particular piece pretty well. I think will still appreciate a bit too, enough for the new owner to get something out of it.

Been wasting a boring day at work shopping for gun parts online, of course being the idiot I am, I totally forgot Independence Day is coming up and everything gun related is going to be on sale... oh well, wasn't anything real expensive. That's coming this next paycheck.

Daniel, if I get you specs can you make me an S7 extractor for my bolt?! Because the D2 one it comes with is just not enough, lol!

I know a bit about that and that is cool... for a good cause! I think I know the watch too, does it have some orange in it? Very cool! :cool;

Yep! I have noticed that while my eyes are 110% most magazines have increasingly blurry print (cheap printers I bet) and that I use some glasses in the shop... mostly to be cool. :D I hope all goes well!

Yeah, that watch has got a bit of orange in it, lol! That's the watch. He's been lusting after that tanto and I've been wanting a new watch. We're both happy.

I've been going through some of my stuff lately and just selling a bunch of stuff, got a two maybe three fountain pens that I'm gonna off load, could use the couple hundred bucks on the gun build. But I have to send them off for restoration first. It will be well worth it money wise, just it's hard to spend money to make it.

So X, an Orange Monster! I can see why you traded. I lean toward the Black Monster, but that's just me. I like some items that are a little understated.
 
I may change the face out at some point, but I'll see how I like the orange. There is an horologist just up the street from me anyways, so if it needs to be regulated or if I just want a different color face I may do it. But it comes with a NATO, ZULU, and a nice leather strap.

But, I just spent more money on gun parts today too. Found a deal I just couldn't pass up. LMT enhanced bolt in standard carrier for $150 lightly used. Goes for about $250 everywhere new!

pretty soon I'm gonna be in the hills going "PEW PEW PEW" on them nasty yodel dogs!

I thought so too but Jen said NO WAY! I bet you are right about Pete being able to put together a complete matching outfit if not a whole wardrobe. Jen would most likely say no to that too. haha
