lovely as always. I particularly like that file work pattern, nice and simple but elegant. It's less busy than most and I think it works really well with the curves of that knife.
 
I'm ready.
Forged from an old Nicholson file, shobu-zukuri profile, hand polished blade with a hitatsura style hamon. Rayskin under green ito with burl bark menuki. After the picture was taken I resin soaked the ito and made a kydex sheath for it. i will edit the post with dimensions and sheath pictures as soon as i can.

Bill, I was away in the mountains for the weekend and first commented on your knife after seeing it on an iphone. Now that I'm home on my pc again, I have to say that handle is even nicer than I first thought! Gorgeous!

I'm Ready.
Blade is D-2 59 Rc. 3/16" X 1 1/2" X 8 3/4" Hollow ground and coated with O.D. green Gunkote.
Scales are removeable brown canvas micarta, with a grippy finish.
The sheath is 9-10 oz leather, set-up for horizontal carry(will also accept a Tek-Lok)
Ferro rod with matching grip

It's done!!! Haven't been able to get any pics yet, but I'll try to get some up tomorrow, or send them to Stacey, to put up. Pretty dang impressive knives on here this year!

i fianlly got some info on the knife, as well as a picture of the sheath.
the dimensions on it are:
12" OAL
7" Blade
1.25" at the widest,
and about .25" thick.
