Every mothers day I do my mom's yard work and get her garden ready. I take care of it through out the year too but it's just fun to kick it off on mothers day. Our growing season is significantly less than most. I bbq trout I have caught that weekend(never had to buy any yet, keep fingers crossed) and I buy her flowers.
I particularly like the mother's day spin on this giveaway....where would we be without them. Thanks man

I made my wife a ring from a silver quarter for mother's day. My great grandmother wore one of these as a wedding band until her 50th wedding anniversary! If I get a chance I will take a couple pictures.

Normally I wake up early and get my mom breakfest and a card before she wakes up. Then my family all spends the day together and we go to her favorite resturant for dinner. This year I'll see be in school though. My finals end a day after Mother's Day. It's a Shame.
 
This is my official entry. My mother who is 91 will get the traditional chocolates (which she loves) and flowers. Dinner goes without saying, but as my wife also qualifies as a mother, Chinese food will be the menu.

For this mother's day we are going to go out as a family to whatever weird cuisine restaurant my mom wants to eat at, and my gift will be not complaining, even if she picks something really gross.

I will be taking each of my three kids out over the next couple days to pick out a gift for mom. My 4yo daughter wants to get her a lion lol I think we will avoid predatory beasts this year!
Then we will have grandma over for a big bbq in the backyard. Ribs, chicken, corn bread, beans greens etc.
I usually do the grill and she does the sides but I will do it all Sunday. Thanks for the chance! Good luck to all.

I got my mother a bunch of fancy bath stuff from a store called lush and would like to take her to lunch if she has some time. She forbids me to get her a knife! I've begged her. Not fair!

Light a candle after Mass for my mother who passed in 2007 (I still miss her.) Take my GF whose son is away at college to an Indian restaurant for their Sunday buffet.
