Concealed Carry Gun or not...

Guns are like knives. I always want a new one. I carry a S&W 642 most of the time or my Glock 30.

I carry a SigSauer Model: P229...I switch back and forth from .357 and .40Cal barrels.

Shotgunner, the Mossad disproved the myth that .22's are useless against humans. The Baretta Model 70 was the issued pistol of choice for 30 years.

I carry a Ruger SP101 in .357 mag in the winter or Kahr PM9 in the summer. I bought a Beretta Bobcat 21A Inox .22 LR but I don't feel confident about carrying it.

That's a .32caliber? If your gonna carry a gun I would carry a bigger caliber. I bet you get in more trouble shooting someone 6 x with a .22 to the body than a 45 once. If 22 remaided good enough .40 cal would be issued now??

Para Ordnance 1911 for me. Either a full size single action or an officer size LDA. Carried strong side IWB.

I am not a big fan of open carry at all. In CT we have to carry concealed. My daily carry (on my own time) is a Glock 30SF and usually a glock 27 on my ankle. If I am at work I am carrying a Sig 229 and a Ruger AC556. In the colder/multiseason climates I prefer a larger caliber.

I carry a Glock 19 IWB.

Started out with a G26 but found the G19 wasn't any more trouble to conceal IWB.

I carry a Ruger LCP in my front pocket when "I can't carry" :)

I have my Maine permit. I carry a Glock 19 with a 26 as a BUG. Glad to see so many poeple on the forum looking out for there safety. Stay armed stay safe!

The Mossad chose .22s for a reason. As documented in "Vengeance: The True Story of an Israeli Counter-Terrorist Team," (the book upon which the movie Munich was based), the Mossad sought a small pistol for close-up assassination. They did not want to be troubled with silencers, so they used .22 subsonics. They had no intent to get in a gunfight, but to ambush their targets from close range. In fact, they were taught to carry their weapons without a round in the chamber.

All of these special conditions and tactics do not generally apply to most people who want to carry a firearm for self-defense. While .22s can certainly kill, there are more effective calibers and methods available for those who can legally carry them.

I always carry my little KelTec .380, and 99% also a Kimber TLE in a Milt Sparks IWB holster also. Two is one. If I'm not smart enough to carry the Kimber with me, then I back up the .380 with a 5" tanto Voyager .

I carry a CZ RAMI in 9mm.
