If I get the NWA knife before the Izula gets released, I'll bring my prototype for you to check out!

I've been gone for a little while and come back to find this awesome thread! It's been said a ton of times, but seriously, awesome pictures (and videos).

Awesome pics - Thanks for posting them. It's great to see the knives at work.

That really looks like a beautiful place!

Those are some awesome pics guys. Its great to see those knives used like that.

I am curious though. What is that you like so much about the bladetech folder. I have not given them much thought in the past and would like to know what sets it above the competition for your use. Also, what type of lock does that folder have on it?

Thanks

Steve

You will have to wait for my review of it in Tactical Knives for those answers. ;)

Looks like a fantastic trip. Great photos, did not disappoint. Any photos of camp, shelters etc?

Did you guys make cordage out of bark or just use it straight off the tree? Here in Central Brazil we use Imbira straps for lashing, especially if we cut the poles for other things. Given time and some work it makes fantastic two-ply cordage.

I would love to do a trip in a place where hunting wouldn't get me in trouble. Mac

Thanks guys, for sharing all the great pics. Looks like you had a super trip.

BTW, Jeff, can't wait to see your review of the BladeTech PH. :)

Wonderful photos! Reminds me of my times in Bolivia. Did you leave any of the knives with the locals?

Chris

Jeff, Mike, Bear...Great pics and videos, can't wait to hear/see more.

Bear, Glad Aguilar liked his PSK!

Man, that is a tough assed animal. I guess stabbing a gator is out of the question if you get attacked.

Yep, but I still think you stand a better chance at surviving a gator attack than you do a Jaguar attack. Gators are pretty much "dumb" animals that act on pure instinct. Big cats, on the other hand, stalk their prey and wait for opportune times to attack.
