Peanuts with bails? Let's see yours. I have an idea for a CV peanut volunteer for a Frankenstein project.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
For all you cult members, is there a peanut with a wharnie or sheepsfoot main? Or does that disqualify it as a peanut? i'll have to look for a broken tip peanut sometime if they arent made, and regrind it.

Check out A.G. Russell's Pinched Peanut. It's got a Clip and a small Wharncliffe. I don't own one, but it is on my list. Here's a link to an older thread about them, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/886278-AG-Russell-Peanut.
Gentlemen, may I petition for admission to your illustrious precincts?
CV Chestnut 'nut here, which I find myself grabbing about half the time now because it does everything I need it to do, and does it well. I think the CV steel is more stainless than GEC's 1095. I don't typically use my knife for food, but I've cut a lot of other stuff with it over the past month, and it hasn't shown as much as a shadow of patina, yet.
I ordered it online, as the only one I could find locally was ugly brown delrin, and got lucky I think. Fit and finish on this guy are perfect, covers match exactly, and for less than $40 I consider it an absolute steal.

The ironic part is that I went for so many years without ever having owning a peanut and within a couple of days, I now have two. Someone else just sent me a Boker Peanut. It's slightly larger than the Case but not by much. It's also a somewhat reversed Peanut as the blade pivots are set on the opposite ends of the Case version.
Welcome Bob !! Funny the way Peanuts have a way of showing up.
This is the new one I got for under $10 (including shipping)
