That's okay, no charge!:D

I may be accumulating a few more peanuts myself. I just was informed by the Dooctor that the CT scan on what I though may be BIG bad news is just a stone in a salivary gland and not a swollen lymph node. Now that I know I have a few years left, I may get a chestnut bone 'nut and carry the heck out of it. Don't know if it will get as good as Pete's well seasoned 'nut, but I'll give it the old college try in the years I have left!!!!

Thank God! Enjoy all the new knives you get. :)

PHEW!!! That is good news, that will teach you to moisten pebbles from the parking lot in your mouth before honing your blades, my newest carry "nut" is a chestnut nut, mainly because we are a bit limited for cv blades by Case and i do not care for the red bone version so i keep a yellow one as back up should the unthinkable happen and i lose what is fast becoming my constant companion, after all a peanut with perfectly centered blades has some swagger to it and it is developing a nice natural patina. Not like your Remington but we can not have everything.
Well my friend as a countryman of yours famously said, "noli illegitimi non carborundum". And best wishes from me.

Good news, celebrate with some good fried food ;)...

You need to post a video on what you do to the adjust the kick on the new nut.

Just a thought, but a Peanut with an awl instead of a small blade would make a great EDC option... Thoughts?

I forgot to put up this... For several months now, I have had the little legume in my pocket every day. It has gotten a bit of wear, and a patina has nicely entrenched itself. I am very happy with what the knife is becoming! Also, I think this is the first picture I have ever posted of the pile side...
