Custom Slipjoints

Both very very nice but i really like that English Jack. Very eye catching.
Thanks for posting.
Rick

One I just got from Rick Menefee. Solid as a rock, blade dead centered, light weight, spring flush in all positions and has half stop. The back appears as if just one piece of steel, just feels good in the pocket.

Rick you did a great job.
Thank you,
Jim

Nice one Jim. Looks like a good cutter for sure.

I hear someone else scored one of Rick's knives as well. He seems to be doing more patterns now.

Thanks Mike, it is a thin slicer for sure. I have another new pattern on order from him, Tony B sent it to him to use. Surprise coming sometime soon in the neighborhood.

Jim,Nice one!

Nice bunch of knives Vince! That has to be a real challenge trying to figure out which one of those beauties to put in your pocket for the day.

That part definitely sucks, and if you're a full fledged knife nut,you may share this mental anguish, lol. Lately,I've been carrying the Menefee, and the Reese BP.The Howser knives & the Hampton are fav's as well.
The Reese Bose whittler,Ray Cover lockback,Jim Moore Eureka, and the really fine Ken Erickson Swayback are pocket time virgins.
A fine group though,Thanks,
-Vince

Picked this nice stag teardrop trapper from Ryuichi Kawamura at the Plaza Cutlery show last Saturday. It's OAL is 3 1/8th, nice carry size. He does amazing work. Tremedous fit and finish. Picture from his website.

I was really hoping to pick up his Tony Bose tribute dogleg trapper, stag with wire wrap, but didn't get drawn for it Friday night. Very happy with this one!

That's a beauty, Joe. His work is always impressive.

Very nice snags Joe and Jim.

Here is a swell center jack by Ken Erickson sitting at the P.O. today that came it while I was out last week.
