Thanks, guys. Obviously, the Hanson gent isn't a slipjoint, but it shows how much detail can be included in a small package. I'll try to get pictures of a few other custom slippies over the weekend.
Eddie, your 4-blade congresses just blow me away!
not really a group shot, but it's my first traditional slipjoint and therefore the first knife of a potential group, so i thought i might post some pictures here...
eugene shadley, five bladed stockman, remington bone scales, closed 3 3/4". finish is impeccable, perfect half-stops, liners and springs are flush in all postitions (closed, half open, open). satin finish on all blades, smooth action etc. etc.
Hans,That is some awesome knife ,let alone your first slipjoint.Did you mean custom slipjoint?

Posted it a couple of times before, I never get tired of handling it and seeing it. Mike Tison's Sowbelly, Thanks to Coop, it was published in Knife World and in Knives Illustrated. BTW, if anyone has the copy of that Knives Illustrated, I think Oct or Nov issue Page 61, I would like to buy or get it from you. At least a copy of the article.
Terrific folders and photos folks. It's a real pleasure to be able to see them here.
jivedaddy, that Cover spearpoint in the top of your photo is just outstanding (the others ain't too shabby either ).
Thomason, that sheephorn Halfrich is really special. I'll bet it has some real cool coloration when natural light hits it at different angles. Good choice on that one amigo.
