Dark ops for real?

As a man who both loves drumsticks and could stand to loose more than a few pounds myself, I found that to be in poor taste. :(

I'm a bit portly myself, but, Rosie, being the liberal, anti freedom beyatch she is, is always fair game. :) Not making fun of big people, of which I am most certainly one, just Rosie.

Call me stupid but I think Dark Ops knives look very good, If they exist, I'd like to get my hands on one. I don't think they're Extrema Ration knock offs and they may even be hell lot better than them. Time shall tell.

I'm sorry, I don't know of any other way to say this, but you would have to be blind to not see that they are indeed ER ripoffs. Maybe you just have not seen several side by side pics of various models, both fixed and folders, once you have, it is impossible not to see the shamefull truth.

i know the dorkops stratofighter (?- some kinda airplane gibberish) and the ER nemisis look like twins........not just a little alike, i mean 100% same thing, i'd sue if i was ER.......

i don't know squat about the mass production of knives, but those are ER-similar to the point that they must come out of the same manufacturing plant. oh, the shenanigans.

Lets try this one more time :D

Dark Ops knives do not look like Extrema Ratio knives, and they are not made in the same factory. Because Dark Ops knives do not exist. None have ever been made, to judge by the complete absence of any ever having been presented to the public.

The pictures of Dark Ops knives DO look a lot like the Extrema Ratio knives once sold by the owner of the Dark Ops advertising campaign. :p

Or have we had a sighting of a real, metal, knife-shaped object ... ?

I will be a SHOT this year. If I have nothing else to see there (fat chance) I will attempt to locate their Booth (?) and will pass on anything that is of importance. Such as who lost their knives this time, was it Fedex, UPS, or USPS? Maybe I will even get lucky enough to have Basal give me an autograph. Or the ultimate, have him show some of his tactical training :barf:

Yes, you're quite right. And everybody else who has a pair of eyes to see and more than 1 brain cell is wrong.

Do you wanna buy a bridge? It has a nice view, is on lower East side, and can be a great money making opportunity. Just a $100 bucks and a handshake. :D

There's lots of knives out there that look very identical in the photo however if you compare them side by side and hold both products, they're different. With that said, I do not like Extrema Ratio, I think they're overpriced among other things and I hope Dark Ops will be a better alternative. Their advertisements are laughable though and anyone that takes em seriously needs to get their head examined.

"BANG BANG BANG!" (The sound of a gavel)

I hereby make a motion to nominate Kaos to be the first to PURCHASE and REVIEW a Dark Ops knife on this forum and begin the PASSAROUND!

Anyone SECOND that?

I got a better idea. I'll buy your wife instead, test her and then, well you know, the passaround. :p

As soon as Dark Ops knives are available, I'd be glad to do a review once I get my hands on one. Their CTV2 steel may be better than ER steel which is said to be very hard to sharpen.

If their marketing department is savvy, they'll donate a few for passarounds.

But, given the the savvy we've seen from their marketing department thus far, don't expect any passaround samples.
