Death Chat!!

Ban, if you get a chance to check out the kershaw/zt booth, take a look at the zt0560 proto.

Want to get input from somebody who handled one.

Oooooh...that's nice! I want one. I love those flipper guard knives.

That one looks really crisp. More lively than the ZT0200 I had.

at hooters retirement party for my co-worker!

Tell your friend taking the pic to quit shaking so we can get a clear one. That sh*t is hurting my eyes trying to focus on those boobies. :D:eek:

Diggin Snody's new video style.

Thanks for viewing my thread

Damn sexy knife too, I'd love to pick up one of those. Interesting (and makes sense) that the scoring knife they're using is pretty much a pikal :)

Snody's stuff is super clean and I really dig his work. That blade shape is ideal for profiling out of bars. Yep, that scoring knife is pretty much like a pikal. Probably with a much longer handle though.

Yeah, I'm sure it does have a longer handle.

Snody's stuff is indeed super clean. I tend to gravitate towards makers with crisp lines, in both profile and grinding (You, NWA, Laconico, Snody, etc.).

I've been really busy for the last few weeks. An ongoing thing was the tapeout of a chip at work. It finally was finished last week and I'm still doing some archiving and paperwork.

Two weekends ago I volunteered at Techshop San Jose working on the floors and moving stuff around. It was very hard work.

That next Tuesday I had to go to SF to drink with some gun rights friends of mine. Lots of fun but my sleep defecit was bad.

Last weekend I was back at Techshop moving stuff, patching floors, etching floors and making tabletops.

On Monday I went to a Friends of the NRA dinner and I gave them an AK. It was a .22, for the children.

I'm still recovering but there is more volunteering to do and I'm probably going to have to help a friend build his log cabin in a few weeks.

The good news is that Techshop is going to get a huge flowjet machine that can cut 4" steel in 6' by 9' sheets.

Hopefully I'll learn how to run that and make blanks for Ban.

There are lots of other good tools like laser etchers, small CNC milling machines, CNC routers and even things like heavy duty sewing machines.

The place opens up in about 10 days I think. I hope it is ready.

Damn, sounds like you have been busy man. I too was pretty darn busy the last few weeks hustling to get my website up and having some knives ready for Blade.

What do you guys think about doing a get together this coming tuesday evening?

Wow, Dan. Kudos for all the volunteer work you're putting in, helping the Techshop get ready. And, haha:

Tuesday sounds doable for me as of right now
