Deep carry / low ride titanium clips for Spyderco - Delica, PM2, Manix, etc. - Run #3

Sounds good F250. Thanks!

Hey bigo - I have them designed and ready to go, other than re-tooling my bender, which requires a bit of machining. I've fallen behind on a couple other projects, so they got pushed back. Sorry about that. I'm hoping they'll be ready to ship early August.

...the ano does look pretty sharp in blue.

You got that right, brother! I just got mine today, and all I can say is WOW! First of all, Casey ships his stuff in this great box with cool logos and stamps, and inside are little envelopes with the clip and backup screws packed separately, to keep the clip safe. And of course, his famous hand-written note with what I can only assume is a self-caricature! Lemme tell you, if I could whip something neat like that out, it would be my official signature, instead of these haphazard squiggles the FedEx driver keeps yelling at me about.

Point being, I would've been perfectly happy with an unmarked envelope crammed into my mailbox, so to have a premium shipment like this arrive is just indicative of Casey's commitment to excellence.

Here are some pictures; you can see that the blue really pops with the Domino's carbon fiber scales, especially the shiny chamfered circle. It fits so perfectly in the tip-up position, making the knife virtually invisible in the pocket...that's important as a retail store manager.

Thanks for everything Casey...my Domino is now truly "complete!":D

Casey, I just sent you PayPal for 1 short and 1 long, both sand washed. Can't wait to get them on my endura and pm2!

Haha, thanks Craig for the great pics and the kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to do that. Yeah, next time I mention the bender I'll need to phrase it better ;-). Thanks again!

Super, thanks f250! I'll get them out to you asap.

Casey

Casey, am loving your clips, really makes the knife. I know you are busy with different products, just checking on one of those the benchmade mini - grip scales? If they are any where near the quality of the clips, well. Best Martin

Thanks Martin! I'm afraid I'm behind on my projects, the BM scales being one of them. But hopefully soon! The BM clips should be ready soon, anyways. Thanks for checking in.

Yessir Derrick, I have them ready to go.

Hey Bro - I would say sandwashed probably, but if you don't like the finish I'm always happy to swap it out for something different.

Casey, just got my clips in! Absolutely love them, this is exactly what my pm2 was missing.

I'll post a pic of my endura with the long clip once I get home tonight.

Fit and finish is perfect, I love that these clips are springier than the stock clips.

Thanks F250 and cf for the great pics and kind words. I really appreciate you guys taking the time to do that. I like that Chokwe more every time I see it. F250 - where'd you get the dark camo scales? Or did you dye them? Really like those.

Thanks man! I dyed them with royal blue rit dye. I'm still somewhat surprised with my results, didn't expect them to come out quite that nice.

Here's my endura! Loving this clip. Made me fall in love with my endura all over again. Carries like a totally different knife.

Hey Casey, I have a long black powder coated clip that seems to have lost it's "grip". The end of the clip no longer touches the Delica engraving on my knife; it sort of sticks up. This makes it loose in the pocket and can easily be removed or dropped. It never got snagged or anything like that. Do you have any suggestions in how to increase the tension safely?

Thanks J! I appreciate the great pic and the kind words.

Yessir, Chris, I just got them back. I haven't posted that yet but they are good to go.

Hey Baz. Thanks for letting me know. Part of my deal is that if you have an issue with the clip, I'll replace it, no charge. Can you email me your mailing address (thelastleaf1@gmail.com)? I'll get one out to you asap. You can also mail me back your clip and I'll fix it, so you'll have a spare.
